Field Operations Admin
Responsibilities:
Enter and verify truck ticket information into the company’s tracking systems
Create and maintain daily Field Logs using telematics data and verbal and written information from on-site personnel
Set up, maintain, and adjust geofences in the Samsara platform as needed for project and operational tracking
Develop and configure automated reports in Samsara to streamline data sharing and improve field visibility
Communicate effectively with field staff and management to ensure accurate and timely data collection
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

Responsibilities:

Hauling loads up to 140,000 pounds
Driving a road tractor pulling dump trailers and flat bed trailers moving construction materials

Must be able to bed pipe with bedding material
Must be able to set up trench box and work within trench shoring systems
Perform routine inspections, safety walk-around, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Observe hand signals, grade stakes, or other markings when operating machines so that work can be performed to specifications
Receive written or oral instructions regarding material movement or excavation
May perform other related duties as assigned and operate various other equipment
Requirements:

Proficient skills and experience required; must dig on grade for sewer and storm drain pipe installation
Must have at least two years of experience operating excavator laying water, sewer, and storm drain
